Kyle Bowen, Director of Education Technology Services at Penn State, leads University efforts for effective uses of technology for teaching and learning. Kyle oversees a portfolio of services, including instructional design, faculty research support, learning spaces, digital media development, and the exploration of emerging technologies.
Dr. Kyle L. Peck is Professor of Education and Co-Director of the Center for Online Innovation in Learning (COIL) at Penn State University. He studies and applies innovations in education, and his current interests include learning online, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and digital badges in education.
